Why is my phone screen glitching up and down?

Recently I accidentally slept with my LG Stylo 4 screen on and it had white lines burned into the screen. I was fixing it using this app that flashes colors and it was fading away. While I was waiting I had it set over my computer. Now my phone screen is going up and down and won’t stop. It looks almost as if it has motion blur and everything goes up like an inch and back down. It is beyond use, I can’t tap anywhere and if there is text on screen it can’t be read. I can’t log into the phone since I can’t type the passcode in. I’ve tried booting into safe mode and letting the screen rest.
