I have a Samsung j2 galaxy that was just purchased on April 15th of this year. I just called my friends but all of them says that sometimes when I call them they can hear ruffling or a bunch of noise sometime when I call them and my voice sounds very low. Please help me.

Is the phone in a protective case?
If it is try removing it from the case and check if you can be heard any better when on a call.
The phone’s internal microphone is located on the bottom edge of the phone to the right of the charging port. Ensure that the voice inlet hole, which leads to the microphone is not being obstructed by anything. Do not stick a pin or probe in there to try and clear the hole if you think that it may be blocked, as you can damage the microphone. Try using a vacuum cleaner to suck out any obstruction that may be there.
If the problem is still there, try connecting a set of earphones with the microphone attachment and make or receive a call using it to check if you can be heard OK or use the phone in loudspeaker (aka hands free) mode and check.
If you can be heard OK then there may be a problem with the phone’s internal microphone. As it is newly purchased get it repaired or replaced under warranty.
