Film tray wont close; metal piece loose, don't know where to attach it

I recently came across a Polaroid sun 600 and the film tray was jammed closed. I got it open, but a small metal piece flew out. I have the metal piece and after looking at 3 or 4 different schematics, I know where it goes, but I’m not sure how to place it correctly.
