1 My phone turns off when I put it in sleep mode?
it turns off after sleep mode .
like it will be on sleep mode and then if i dont use it within 2 minutes it will turn off. and then only way to turn it back on its to hold the power+home button for 15 seconds

How new is your phone/battery? Is there any chance the battery is bad and it dies while in sleep mode???

Would it be tedious for you to go in and double check all your connections and your re-assembly? Also, do you have a multimeter? Give the phone a full charge, use it for half a day to whole day and then measure the battery voltage if you can. Reading voltage can help determine if a battery is no good.

lots of people buy a "new" battery..it wasn't made the day it was shipped! It has sat on a shelf in a wharehouse for some time, and they deteriorate.. check the battery
