My iPod charge but won't sync musci or video
I drop my Ipod and now it still working in play mode but I can’t upload new music or videos; please help me!!!

It could be the charging port or the connection which is soldered on. It could also be the tristar ic which controls charging and data transfer. I would check the tristar ic, most shops should have a tester.

When it’s connected to thé computer it charge but not apper in Itunes or in thé computer
