Make sure the cartrige socket is clean and doesn’t have dry ink residue or dust blocking something inside.
Update firmware from HP website, link below.

Monica Wise-Wright try reseating the print cartridge.
Ensure that the print cartridge contacts are not dirty, so as the printer contacts to the printer cartridge.
