Hello I have a 65 in Phillips tv model 65SPFL7900/F7 and I turn it on it comes but it will blink 4 times and then turn off can you help me out please

have you done any testing? need to know voltages on the power supply to troubleshoot. do you have a digital multi meter? are you comfortable taking readings? 4 flashes typically indicate protection mode due to overcurrent. either leds or failed stepdown ic/mosfet
