Why won't my Samsung Smart TV Go to MyDISH immediately?

I do not have the internet, and my smart TV wants to constantly connect to Wi-Fi, and then I select TV to go to my satellite, and it will not go I literally have to unplug the TV and then turn it back on and then I can hit TV, I wish it would just default to the TV, I do watch Netflix sometimes then I connect it through my phone, but I want my dish to be the default.
