iPhone X exposed to rain

My iPhone X got exposed to rain and all my cameras were fogged and face id was dead. Its been 3 days in rice and back camera lens has been cleared but still got some drops. The front camera lens gets fogged every time I switch on the phone. My camera quality is so bad now. Other than this phone is working absolutely perfect. Warranty is over. If I give it to a 3rd party shop and clean the lens will I get the camera quality back? Maybe I have damaged face id but I just need my camera back. Its lockdown here and I am looking for someone who can open it up and clean the camera. I have checked my sim strip and it hasn't turned red so there is no indication of liquid damage. Please suggest me something,

Putting the phone in rice does nothing except get rice stuck in the charging port. It's a myth. You need to take it to a repair shop and see if they can dry it out. The problem you have with water damaged phones is they start corroding immediately and keep corroding until they are cleaned. The problem is you can't get to all of the spaces. Most shops won't work on water damaged phones except to retrieve data because they are most likely going to have more problems. If they do fix it they most likely won't warranty it. If it ever happens again the best thing you can do is turn off the phone and DON'T charge it and take it to a shop immediately. The sooner they can disconnect the battery and get the water out the better chance you have. I hope it helps
