MacBook Pro is charging but not Turning on!

Hello,

This is the second time my MacBookPro 13” 2015 stopped working. First time i got it fixed from Apple store they charged me $300 and said i/o board was defective, so they replaced and after 6 months it has died again. Now they are asking for $600. Please advise.
