GC turns on, fan running, but no picture, no drive activity

The GameCube is Nintendo's fourth console gaming system. Repair is simple and requires only common tools.

What I did & what I know:

I disassembled the Gamecube and tested the drive in my other console and it’s working fine. So the problem seems to be with the motherboard(?)

Do you have any idea for further troubleshooting? I don’t want to get a new board just now.

Hi!

It’s difficult to say what it is, but it could also be the power supply board.

Did you tried to swap that out too? I would try that first.
