No image and chim. CPU take 120 -150mAmp and fan spin.

Hi

I have a MBP A2159 which is badly water damaged. After cleaning and fixing some faulty componenets, it start taking 120-150mAmp but no image and chim sound. Then i found that PPVCCGT_CPU_PH1 and PH2 not present. Trace the problem then go to know that CPUGT_PWM1 And PWM2 not present. Then checked U7100 reflowed and also cleaned pads under it and put back again. But nothing happens.

What else do i need to do?
