MacBook Pro 13 1706 2017 touchbar Error code PFM006

MacBook Pro 13 1706 2017 model has issue of slow response & loading apple logo after removing keyboard & trackpad connector manage to format the Mac ,take more than 2 hours to finish,slow response for installing all programs,done Nvram reset with external keyboard also same issue ,cannot make SMC reset with external keyboard ,am make hardware test showing error code

PFM006(SMC controller issue)

PPF003 (issues with Fan)

PPN001 (issue with power management system)

How to solve this issues need hardware repair or SMC reset can solve the issue.
