Where can I get an unlocked logic board?

Hi!

Where could I get an unlocked iphone 7 logic board/motherboard for a pretty good price? I bought an iphone 7 off of ebay and found out it was locked. Would there also be a way to unlock it, if the seller is not responding to my messages?

There is no way to unlock the phone and have all the functions work. You can buy unlocked boards on Aliexpress but make sure they come with the original home button.
