Port stopped working on iPhone XR.
I have bought new one and that one also didn’t worked, the microphone works.
When connected to power, its not taking any amps and its not discovered my computer.
I can charge it wirelessly, but not with the cable.
Would I need to replace the chip or fuse ?

The iPhone X and above are picky when it comes to ports. Did you use an aftermarket or premium/OEM port? What was the initial issue with the device?

Just normal port from eBay for £4.
I dropped the phone and the rear glass broke.
So will have to look around for fuses or chip.
@siedlikmasterek well buying your part off of eBay would probably explain why the port doesn't work is because they have no quality control over what is sold on there. Order a premium port from Mobile Sentrix or Injured Gadgets and give that a shot before you start tampering with the board.
