Hi @wyllyw,
Some things to try to resolve the problem.
a). Wipe the cache partition and check if you can connect to the internet.
b). Start the tablet in safe mode and check if you can access the internet OK. If you can then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the tablet in normal mode between each uninstall to check if it now works OK. When it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled is the culprit.
c). Try a factory reset.
Be aware that a factory reset will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the tablet to its factory default condition (or last system updated condition). If you decide to try this backup the tablet to a computer, before performing the reset. Also you may need to remember your Google User ID and password to get back into the tablet once it has been reset, otherwise you may be locked out of the tablet
Once you have backed up the tablet using the tablet’s backup feature, after ensuring that the battery is fully charged, reset the tablet using the tablet’s factory restore feature.
Once the tablet has been reset back to default, test if it works OK and that you can connect to the internet OK.
If it now works OK, using the backup that you made earlier, restore the tablet using the tablet’s restore feature.
Once it has been restored to what it was, check that it still works OK. If it does then the reset has resolved the problem
