Samsung s43ax-yb02 -- Buzzing Noise when Plugged in, Screen is Dark

I picked up this TV that was sitting right outside my apartment, I figured it was broken and I’d give a try to fix it. When power is connected a mid-pitched buzzing / humming noise that pitches up and down can be heard, and the screen remains dark.

I popped off the back plate and all the capacitors look fine, I think. My understanding is that if they’re bulging they’re no good… but none are.

I can’t even tell where the buzzing is coming from when it’s plugged in, seems to be all over. Any help would be very much appreciated.
