White vertical lines and double images.

I am getting white vertical lines on tv which goes off automatically after some time. Also sometimes the the screen shows previous image and the current one overlaps it. I have found a temporary solution by reducing the backlight. When I increase the backlight it appears again. It is the Samsung series 5 FHD Led tv
