I cannot find anything on your model using either number that you posted.
The best that I can suggest is that you may have to contact the supplier in this link if it turns out that a broken rubber drive belt is the cause of the problem.
You may have to open the player and check to find out if it is OK or not.

Please verify the model number of the device as searching for the number that you posted gives no results.
Is the tape turning or not i.e. play, FF, REW etc?
If not it may be a broken drive belt.

The tape is not turning is any of the options, I believe the Model number is: BCOCA97142.
