Lenovo IdeaPad 100-15IBY doesn`t boot :(

Hello! I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 100-15iby and recently my keyboard and Touchpad started to not work. With external usb mouse and keyboard everything worked perfectly but I thought that the problem might not hide in the hardware so I watched every possible video about the problem and followed the steps but nothing worked. Lots of people recommended to Reset my PC, I lost hope and did that. My laptop remained with his Lenovo logo the whole night and now can’t boot. /before that it followed all of the resetting steps normally/. I got scared that my OS is deleted as well but I checked in the BIOS settings and it says that it is still on the SSD. Please, advise me how to fix this problem or should I lose hope of returning my laptop to its normal state?
