Switch Lite Left Analogue Stick Button Puts Device In Sleep Mode

When I click the left analogue stick button it puts my Switch Lite into sleep mode for some reason. I installed a new analogue stick thinking that was the problem, but this never fixed it. I also thought maybe it was pressure being applied to that area of the console that causes this but it’s only when I click the button. I have tried resetting the device to factory settings and testing the analogue stick too.

It’s like the left analogue stick acts like the power button which is very odd since there is no visible damage.

Any idea what else I can try to fix this other than replacing the entire left board?
