Why dose the iPod screen flash when battery changed but wont come on

Why dose the iPod screen flash when battery changed but wont come on

so the old battery expanded and i got a new one but the iPod 5 gen dose not work but it did flash the screen 2 times I did try the screen with another iPod and it work and the battery works too hard drive too everything works just I want to know if it something on the logic board the i need to repair or can repair rather then just getting a new one

Sounds like a bad motherboard. eoe.works and idemigods.com have the parts. So does iFixit, but they are more likely to have them in stock. I buy iPods from Elite Obsolete (eoe.works), and he always gets the parts quickly. Happy Fixing! TAG2YT | Forgot the guides and tools! Here they are: iPod 5.
