Ouch! You damaged the display in taking it off. Did you use the proper tools and techniques from our guide here iMac 27" 2017 Display tauschen and the pizza tool in this kit iMac Intel 27" (2012-2019) Adhesive Strips as well as the Plastic Cards

Thanks for replaying,
I have removed the LCD professionally but this issue was there before I removed the LCD and I was the first who removed it, does this mean I need a new LCD?
If so, then why when I use an external monitor I don’t get a picture?
Also, when I start the iMac in Safe Mode it works and no issue with the LCD!
@iphix - It would have been helpful getting this additional detail before now.
Your system has two GPU units the discreet AMD Radeon GPU and the integrated one within the Intel CPU, HD Graphics 630. So when you are in Safe Mode you are using the Intel integrated Graphics.
So you appear to have a bad AMD GPU. This will require a new logic board.
