The side middle bezel, is it the same as iPhone 4?

No. The 4s has the CDMA version of bezel (iPhone 4) plus a sim trey. Effectively making it a world phone and keeping cool color options at bay (not eBay!). Unless you can powder coat it will be a little time before red is available.
