ALSO, the door handle Driver side rear pulls out and no longer working.

Hi,
Don’t know about the visor but here’s the Sonata YF/i45 2010-14 – Body (Interior and Exterior) section from the service repair manual that may help with the door handle problem.
When the document opens click on the magnifying glass icon on the top left of the document header bar and type door trim replacement in the search box and then click the arrow to select 2 of 2 matches. There is no page numbering in the document so this is the easiest way for you to find the correct section without having to scroll through the whole document.
This will take you to the start of the section that shows how to access the rear door inner and outer door handles to check whether the connecting rods are securely attached etc. (you don’t state whether it is the inside or the outside door handle that is the problem).
