Hello,
yesterday I've had problems with turning TV on, after a few tries I finally made it and I've played with my wife on PS4 for few hours and everything was ok. Today when I turned it on I got some strange creepy lines, artifacts and flickering and TV went black.
My TV is Philips 50PUS6162/12

This sounds like a T-Con board problem. Can you try replacing the T-Con board?

@yaneku666 horizontal striping is never an issue with the T-con board or the Main board. It is always connected to the panel itself. Remove every input from the TV. That includes sound bar, BR/DVD player, Game console, Sat Box and Cable boxes. Then disconnect the TV from Power. Push and hold the power button down for about one minute. Then reconnect one local video source i.e. DVD/BR player. Connect the TV and try it out. Let us know what you get.
