Black screen of death.

My Playstation has been having this issue when when turn it off, it'll go off but when you try to cut it back in it takes longer than it usually does to cut back on.

As I'm writing this, it just cut back on after maybe 5 or 7 minutes of trying to boot up with a message saying, “Cannot start the PS4.” then enters safe mode when I plug in my controller.
