Shutdown phone while using data and phone calls

I have IPhone 7 , after getting temperature warning I changed my phone battery .. phone is working but when I on data it’s getting warm and shutdown and also if getting it to income or outgoing call the same happening to my phone it’s getting shutdown.. when it’s shutdown couldn’t not restart with button only need to plug charger the it restarts .. what is the problem any one have idea ?
