My headset turning isnt working

i dropped my headset and the thing went into a boot loop. i wiped it using the android recovery software and its at the setup screen. the turning isnt working, i cant look around. the headset is permanently stuck looking forward while im looking down. not only that but the controllers refuse to connect.
