Fan on for 30 seconds after microwave stops

After my sharp microwave stops or I stop it, the fan works for like 30 seconds more. Is that normal?

What is the model number of the microwave oven?

I can't say for sure it's normal, but there may just be a temperature sensor that keeps the fan running until the circuits have cooled down to a set temperature. Do you still have the owner's manual? It might say something about a feature such as this.
