Phone is stuck on attempting data recovery mode, after connect iTunes
Any idea how to fix loop “attempting data recovery'“ in iPhone 11 Pro after connecting with iTunes.

If it was in the middle of updating it might have failed and is now stuck. You may loose data unless it's been backed up but if you just need your phone working you can try using a tool called 3U Tools on a windows PC to try and reinstall iOS on the phone. If you have a Mac you can also place your phone in DFU mode and then restore it with iTunes.
You may also need to put the phone in DFU mode to use 3U tools to reinstall.
