Apple Watch won’t charge even after trying to reset it

I can’t get my Apple Watch to turn on or charge even when I try to reset it. Battery need replacing?

How long has it been on the charger?

I’ve had it on charge over night when it first did it and still didn’t work can’t keep it on there too long now because it gets really hot
