I just went through a puddle of water why was raining my car stopped instantly after I got out of the water try to jump it it still doesn't start what should I do next

Water in the engine electrics. Let it dry out a bit, then try starting again. If that doesn’t work, let me know.

This really depends on alot of things. How deep was the water? How fast were you going? Check your intake and see if there is water in it. You may have sucked some water in. Or water may have splashed and shorted something. What does it do/not do?
