Mac turn itself while connected to power, not on battery

MacBook Air (13 Zoll, Mitte 2011)

Modell A1369, 1.6, 1.7, oder 1.8 GHz Prozessor, 64, 128 oder 256 GB Flash Speicher.

Hi!

I have a Mac air a1369. It turns itself the moment I plug it to the wall. Without pressing a power button.

But when its on a battery it doesn’t turn on. Battery is ok.

When its working and I disconnect the power cable it runs off the battery just fine.

Any ideas what can be the problem? SMC chip?
