Projector turns on but lamp and color wheel aren't being powered

My projector turns on as if nothing is wrong, and so far it would stay on indefinitely. But both the lamp and the color wheel aren't receieving any power and won't turn on. When powered off, the LEDs are all on and ths “Power" light glows purple (Both red+blue LEDs on?).
