I don’t know what type of screws does the acer nitro 5 need to connect to connect bottom panel to top panel of motherboard.

I can’t exactly answer your question but this guide shows you the screws:

9mm length - just get a selection of metric screws in partitioned plastic box.
Have you not got at least one original left over to measure or just compare in shop?

I found at least one screw, they kept falling off, I am not sure why. Thanks for the answer.

Simple. Someone either over tightened them and stripped the plastic threads OR they never were properly tightened at all.
