Ethernet issues please help

Bought another Xbox one and now having another issue. When I plug the ethernet cable in the connection keeps going in and out, off and on like it's loosing constant connection and less that 2 seconds comes back on and goes back off. Any idea what the issue would be? Wifi works but I'm 70 ft from the wifi with lots of interference between the Xbox and router so signal is horrible
