1 Phone will not charge or reset.
This iPhone 11 sustained a forceful drop from standing height resulting in a shattered display glass. I replaced the display and when plugged in I get the below icon (battery with one red line and no lighting bolt). I rechecked the connections and there is no visible damage and connections are good. Ive tried the following:
- different charging methods and cords
- cleaned the lighting port
- reset
- and plugged into computer with iTunes. Any suggestions? Thanks!
