Below are pictures of those screws and the screwdriver I am using to unscrew them. Can you tell me what’s wrong if I am doing something wrong here?

I am sorry, but you seem to be using the wrong screwdriver for the job. You seem to be using a tri-wing screwdriver on a triangle head screw. You will need a screwdriver that is the correct shape. Here is the correct screwdriver: https://www.amazon.com/Silverhill-Tools-...
P.S. If you want to get a whole set of different bits, you can buy a kit, too. iFixit’s are really solid, but there are cheaper kits on Amazon you might also like. Happy to reply to any questions you may have.

If you are in an extreme case unlike me, then follow Jose's answer or buy a screw extractor. If not then wrap your screwdriver with tinfoil. Thank you for reading and thank you Jose for the help.
