JBL Powers On But No Buttons Working

Hey Guys,

i have updated my jbl flip 4 through my ios jbl connect app after the update it had ran successfully but after 2 days when i am powering on the speaker it had powered on but the battery indicator not showing any thing while powering on and also after powered on and none of the buttons are working jblconnect,bluetooth,play,-,+, no buttons are working except the on/off buttton but it connects to the device previously paired but cant pair to a new device and i had tried searching solutions in the internet and many of them said reset but no buttons working and reset solution not working and after plugging into the charger no responses but through the jbl connect app i can see the charge bar and i had searched that some people say its called BRICK MODE. i need help to fix this.
