The dial that allows you to choose different wash cycles doesn't light up only normal lights up can't choose heavy duty express wash nothing. It takes an hour to wash a load right now even it it's a small load

There should be a reset process to solve this problem. Sounds like it's gone into diagnostic mode. You can Google your exact brand, Mosley, and problem and there should be a repair video. Be sure to Google THE EXACT info!
