I have 2020 27inch iMac with broken display. I’m struggling find replacement display for cheap. I found 2019 27inch iMac display with model number LM270QQ1 (SD)(E1) , will it work?

The 2020 iMac screen's part number is 661-16087 (non-nano glass) or 661-16088 (nano-textured glass); the 2019 uses part number 661-12558. I doubt they're interchangeable, especially since (alert: bigger problem ahead) replacing the screen on a 2020 iMac requires the use of Apple's System Configuration utility before the display will work. So even if the 2019 screen would physically and electronically fit the 2020, it won't work until an Apple Store or an AASP runs System Configuration on your iMac after the repair is complete, and they can't do that unless they also process and complete the repair. (Welcome to the world of Apple software locks.)
You're not going to find a "cheap" display for that 2020 iMac. A new part from Apple is $660 (non-nano) or $1100 (nano) and the machine is only two years old.

@applecross30 - Sadly yes and its only accessible by Apple or authorized service centers as its via a controlled access web site. If you can find a used display (very unlikely) then the calibration process has been done.
@steve_g - The issue is the TrueTone calibration which is over the Web
Not Apple's Configurator Utility which is a corporate management tool for managing a large number of Mac systems.
@danj Not Configurator Utility. and not TrueTone calibration. When replacing a display or logic board on a 2020 iMac, System Configuration, which is part of Apple's GSX system, must be run.
@steve_g - Correct! Apple's GSX system which is over the Web and it's used to bind the FaceTime camera with the TrueTone services to the logic board.
