My screen went blank (no image) the power button blinks but no power
wm5012 ic chip needs replacement but cannot find parts

Try doing a soft reset:
On your device press and hold the Power button for 5 to 10 seconds.
This should bring you to the shutdown/option screen. (It should vibrate too.)
Select power Off & Restart.
If the screen is not visible, press and hold the Power button until it restarts.
Release the power button when your device restarts. This will do a Soft Reset without deleting any of your data.
Check your manual to see what that flashing led means. I also could find no source for that IC.
