Freezer and refrigerator not getting cold

I have a Samsung RSG257AARS and freezer and refrigerator are not working. I checked the refrigerant and it’s looks good. The Evap coils in the freezer have zero frost on them. Refrigerator is making the normal sounds but it won’t get colder than 60 degrees.

Update (07/30/2022)

I plugged refrigerator in to the power. Let it start up.

i already had one line connect to a puncture valve in back or refrigerator and to my center of manifold gauge, I had the blue and red knobs closed off. On the blue side of my manifold gauge I had a line connect to it running to can of r-134 that was also closed. One the refrigerator startup I wait 10 mins and open up the blue knob of my manifold gauges. And got that reading I did get this error code today.

Hi,

How did you check the refrigerant?

Here's the fasttrack test sheet that will help you to find out what's happening.

Hi,

if that's the error code then it looks like everything is wrong or it didn't even start the diagnostic tests.

Maybe try the Compressor and System Operating tests as described on p.6 of the test sheet linked above and check the blinking LEDs for any errors.

Your gauges aren't hooked up right! You don't know what the pressures are doing that way! I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume you put the puncture valve on the small pipe stem sticking out the side of the compressor? The one that is just a couple inches and goes to nothing, with the end sealed? This is for the low side. The suction side. Connect your BLUE hose from the left side of your manifold to this. This will tell you what that side is doing. But you used a puncture valve. We only use these to evacuate systems. You can't leave it on, as it WILL leak, and you can't remove it as it has put a hole in it. If you have the tools n training I would recommend recovering the charge, brazing on some ports (remember to remove the Schrader valves from them first!), pressure test the system, pull a good hard vacuum, and weigh the charge in to factory specs. Then you KNOW you're good. With small systems like that, if you added that whole can, you've likely far exceeded its capacity.
