2009 Whirlpool.My freezer gets cold but doesn't freeze
I have a 2009 Whirlpool side by side refrigerator. My freezer gets cold but doesn’t freeze I have changed my relay starter on the compressor and I change my defrost relay, both my fans are working and I my temperature settings are at factory settings what is my problem?

What is the model number of the refrigerator?
What are the actual temperatures in the freezer and the refrigerator?

And have you checked the condenser coil to see if it is clean? If the condenser is dirty it will try to cool but not be able to drop the temp like it should.

Is the compressor running?
Could be a refrigerant leak. Or a failing compressor.
Hard to diagnose because home refrigerators lack the ports needed to connect a set of refrigeration manifold gauges to check the low and high pressures.
