Find a high quality "iPhone 3GS Dock Connector"

I would like to buy a iPhone 3GS Dock Connector.

But a seller told me "We do not stock 3GS dock connector assemblies because we have not yet found a supplier who has high quality 3GS dock connectors.

We have tried several suppliers in the past and all had a 30%-40% defective rate".

Did you buy a good one at a place?

If yes, which place?

Or, do you know a good/serious seller (on eBay or others)?
