To disassemble KS350 you need to remove the 2 screws on the side (after removing the water reservoire) and 2 screws on the edge.
After removing 4 screws you need to carefully pry open the color part from the base - there are 2 tabs which can be released from the bottom - you see part of the color in the hole - the easiest was from the connection near the power cord, going slowly along the seam.

This reveals the power button only. To get better access to the main PCB you need to remove covers on the head - first gently pry open the top cover, this allows removing 3 additional screws and prying open the side covers on the head. Then i had to release white holder inside (two tabs) and this allowed me to move the neck slightly to get better access to the board. I guess to remove the neck completely you need to disconnect the hoses from the head and disconnect the whole head assembly (which might not be necessary in most cases).
