Xbox want turn on and took it apart and cleaned it and didn't see any

Does it come on into safe mode? Hold the sync button and press (and release) the power button.

If not, have you tried replacing the power lead? I’ve seen a few faulty ones. Ask a friend if you could borrow theirs to test

Double check all of your connections to make sure you don't end up doing unnecessary repairs. It's easy to not plug something in right. It's not likely, but there is also a chance you could have knocked the power button off the IR blaster daughterboard. I did this during a repair, and I came to realize how easy it was to knock of the tiny little buttons. A way to test this is to listen or feel for a click when you press the power button.
