It sounds like unfortunately, the only ways to interface with the phone has been too damaged and would need to be replaced to get access to any of your data.

if you only care about getting the data without taking it anywhere, repairing it yourself really the only suggestion I have.

the charging port would have to be replaced alongside the screen alongside hoping no other internals were harmed.

A screen shouldnt be too hard to find on ebay, but as for the charging port, that appears a little more difficult to deal with as you will have to desolder the damaged one from the phone's mainboard and resolder the new one.

If you are willing to put up with that I did find a video here of a channel that did a quick disassembly of the phone to replace the charging port.
