in skilled hands this connector is salvageable. It takes work and experience, but it's not unusual, it just happens sometimes. For the future, consider that underestimating the temperature and breaking the pads (as in your case) or overdoing it and burning a delicate connection will take a toll on your wallet. Look for a good repair shop, it shouldn't take more than 45-60 minutes of work, and the costs... that's right. It all depends on who... where and what they can do. Sometimes it may be better to buy a new screen. The ribbon itself cannot be replaced on this screen model.
the repair technology is always the same. Rebuild the paths, protect against temperature and solder a new connector. You can find parts in the broken screens of this model. However, these are sometimes ridiculously expensive.
